Sailing West - Acrylic Painting
I was commissioned to paint this painting for an Organization. Each sail represents their branches, and they all sail in the same direction as a unit --with the same purpose.
Semáforos en Verde (Historia de Amor)
This is a song I wrote with a friend (Luis Javier Funes) for his wedding. The song talks about how he and his (now wife) met and how their love grew and got married. In a addition to the song, Luis Javier, a cinematographer himself, shot and directed a video (see below), which depicts two parallel-opposite stories, a love story (positive) and a struggling musician (mostly negative). The stories coalesce at the wedding celebration. Both, Luis and I wrote the lyrics and the script. This song was recorded in my bedroom studio. We had very little time so it was an intense project but fun to do.
The video was presented at the wedding --to the surprise of everyone-- then the DJ played the song and the dance floor exploded.
People liked the video and song and asked us to publish it so...here it is. Hope you enjoy.
